Copyright & IP Policy

We respect the rights of creators and brand owners. If you believe something on merchva.com infringes your copyright, trademark or publicity rights, tell us and we will review it promptly, usually within a few business days.

Only the rights owner, or someone authorised to act for them, can file a report. Email info@merchva.com with:

• your physical or electronic signature;
• a description of the work you own (for example a link or registration number);
• the link to each product or page on merchva.com you are reporting;
• your name, address, phone number and email;
• a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law;
• a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the rights owner.

If your material was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you can send a counter-notice to the same email with: your signature; a description of what was removed and where it appeared; a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was removed by mistake or misidentification; your name, address and phone number; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your area.

We remove material that infringes others' rights and may end access for anyone who repeatedly infringes.
