Orders & tracking
Where is my order?
We email a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Items are made to order, so allow 2 to 5 business days for production before it ships.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Production starts quickly, so email info@merchva.com as soon as possible. We can usually help if the order has not gone into production yet.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Usually 2 to 5 business days to make, then 3 to 4 business days for Standard shipping within the US. See Shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. We currently ship within the United States.
My parcel says delivered but I don't have it
Check around your property and with neighbours, then contact the carrier. Parcels marked as delivered are the carrier's responsibility.
Returns & problems
My item arrived damaged or misprinted
Sorry about that. Email info@merchva.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will replace it or refund you. See Returns.
Can I return something that doesn't fit?
Each item is made to order, so we can't accept returns for size or change of mind. Please check the size chart before ordering.
Products
What are Badge, Statement and Script?
Our three artwork styles. Badge is an illustrated round badge, Statement is bold lettering, and Script is hand-drawn lettering. Switch between them on any product.
How do I choose a size?
Use the Size Chart link on the product page. Measurements are for the garment laid flat.
How should I wash my clothing?
Wash inside out on cold, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the print.
Payments & account
How can I pay?
By card at checkout. Payments are handled securely by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
Do you have gift cards?

How do I change or delete my account information?
Update your details in your account, or email info@merchva.com to access or delete your data. See Privacy.
